What is your refund policy?

Rescheduling, No Shows & Cancellation Policy

NO refund - 1 week before service start date.

50% refund credited to your account - 2 weeks before service start date

Full refund - anything 3 weeks before service start day.

If the trainer needs to reschedule, you will receive 10% off you next booking.

Do you offer training payment plans?

At this time we do not offer a payment plan option. However we are looking into resources to potentially offer a payment plan in the future. 

Do you have any breed restrictions?

No, we do not have any breed restrictions. We individually evaluate all dogs that we train or stay wits. We do take what the breed was bred to do into consideration to give us further information of what training challenges they may have. 

My dog has bit someone can you help?

We are happy to do a behavior consultation with you and get additional information about the incident, environment and your dog. There are many options in the form of either management or training. However, we will not work with dogs that have severely injured a person to the point of hospitalization. We will refer you to a veterinary behaviorist.

Will you work with kids if they want to help train the dog?

Yes, however the child needs to be mature enough to respect the dog and be responsible for the dog under the parent's supervision. Parents must be present at all times.

I don't want to do training & just need a place for my dogs to stay, can you take them?

We are a training facility first and foremost. Our goal is to enhance dog's lives through training and enrichment. We will not take dogs from owners that do not see the value in training. We would recommend Googling and finding a highly rated boarding facility. Please do your research on the facilities before booking.

My dog is E-collar trained & they are not listening when the collar is off.Can you help? 

The electronic training collar is not suited for all dogs. We are happy to do a private consultation and discuss other training tools and options. Please check out our "How We Train" page.

Do you allow bitches in season to stay with you?

Yes,  Females that may come into season or are in season are welcome to stay. We do ask owners to please provide reusable britches for them to wear if needed.

Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered before staying with you or to do training? 

Although we do believe in controlling the pet population and responsible breeding. We do not require dogs of any age to be spayed or neutered. We believe the dogs should NOT be spayed or neutered until they are physically, mentally, and sexually mature for their breed.

Do you offer grooming? 

At this time we only offer grooming services for our training clients that stay with us overnight or enrolled in a day training. Please check out our additional services page to view all of the grooming options we have available while your dog is with us.

My dog does not like other dogs, if we train with you can they stay with you? 

Yes, just as long as they can relax in a crate or room overnight. They also cannot exhibit any destructive separation issues or stress. We want all dogs to enjoy their stay with us and be as comfortable as possible while their parents are away. 

Do you offer long term boarding? 

Yes, we do offer long-term boarding for our training clients. We will require payments in an agreed-upon increments while the dog is staying with us. Contact us for more details.
