The AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Class is a great way to get your puppy started on the right track to becoming a great well mannered dog!

 

In this class we will focus on puppy development skills and teach you the the skills to understand and train your puppy.

This is a 6 week class filled with fun games for you and your puppy to learn. 

​

Prerequisites:

• Puppies must be between the ages of 6 weeks and 6 months at the time the class starts. Puppies older than 16 weeks can join our Advanced Puppy Class. 

• All Puppies must have their first round of DHPP at 6 weeks of age and follow up rounds per your vet recommendations. 

• We DO NOT require Bordetella, Lyme, or Canine Influenza vaccines.

• Rabies must be given by 16 weeks of age per Texas Law.  

• Puppies must start or be on current heart-worm preventive and a dewormer program.

• Puppies MUST be in good health with no signs of illness. If the trainer feels that a sick puppy has been brought to class, they will be kindly asked you to leave and see a veterinarian as soon as possible.  ​
